Filling operations are easy and low-cost. At the same time, its reduced dimensione and low power consumption enable the unit to be installed either in the workshop or on-board a mobile workshop.
This unit allows to fill the cylinders used to inflate the Life-rafts with a mixture of Nitrogen + CO2. The special design of this system allows filling the cylinders quickly and accurately, mainly thanks to the automatic pump stop which stops the system once the preset required weight has been reached.
With the 99/D3E unit, you can easily transfer the liquid CO2 from standard cylinders to internal and external cartridges and portable fire extinguishers. The 99/D3 series includes complete filling / weighing stations for a wide range of CO2 cartridges and portable fire extinguishers. The control scale is one of the most important part of this range of items, featuring high precision, reliability and ease of use.
The 99/D3 SODA units are suitable to transfer CO2 from standard cylinders to small cylinders mainly used for home-made gasification or to cartridges and cylinders up to 4 kg. The series includes complete filling / weighing stations for a wide range of cylinders used for water gasification / beverage sector. Ther are also some models suitable to be connected to a CO2 cryogenic storage tank.
The pump 103/D1 is mainly suitable to be used in the fire-fighting or industrial gas fields and for all those applications requiring to transfer liquid CO2 from cylinders or bundles.
It is an highly efficient trhee-pistons transfer pump which can be completed with an electronic control scale on request.
It can be also adapted to be connected to a CO2 storage tank with a reduced investment.
